30-Day Return Policy

Protecall Inc. is in business to ensure you get the best deals. Our 30-day return policy is one of our ways of putting you first. We make it our top priority that you get all your purchase in one piece, however, should there be any defects worry not, we got you covered.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the shipment date. However, we can only return the purchase provided the product is still in its original packaging. Once this condition is met, you will get a refund of the price you have paid for the product without shipping costs of course.

When you wish to return any purchased item, please make sure you do the following:

  •   Pull a call through to our customer service for return authorization and details
  •   Along with the package, fill the packing slip and state the reason for return
  •   Ship package only via insured courier

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable or restocking fee may be charged. Also special order products may not be returned or a restocking fee may be charged.

Damaged Products

When you receive a package and you discover that it is broken or damaged, please get in touch with us within the 48 hours of delivery. You can call us on 514-276-7657 or email us at info@protectionallways.com.

We cannot replace your damaged products if the original packaging or proof of delivery is not provided.
