Protection All-Ways was founded in 2004, and by the time I joined in 2006, the company had already started establishing itself as a provider of protective equipment for the food industry and light manufacturing. From the start, I realized this role was about more than fulfilling orders. It was about listening to clients, understanding their challenges, and offering solutions that ensured their workplaces were safe and efficient.

Whether assisting small businesses or larger manufacturers, I always make it my priority to ensure each client feels understood and supported. After seven years of working closely with clients and learning the business, I was presented with an opportunity to take ownership of Protection All-Ways. In 2013, I made the decision to take over the company. This wasn’t just a business move—it was a chance to continue the mission I had come to believe in so strongly.
