Where do products ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Quebec, Canada.
How do I get a better price?
Contact us and we will get wholesale prices for you based on the volume of your order.
How fast will you ship my order?
We ship 5 days a week, and if the product is in stock you will receive tracking information within 48 hours.
If the product is special order we will let you know how long it will take, however if you want to keep ordering the product it will stay in stock for future orders to ship faster!
How long does shipping take?
After shipping is paid for and a tracking number is generated, you will receive your order in 2-10 business days depending on your location. (If you are closer to our warehouse in Quebec, your order will arrive faster)
For special orders, we will let you know an estimate, however most items are delivered within 1-2 weeks, even special orders!
Some exceptions may apply due to weather and other external situations.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada and the USA - since 2004
How do I get a product that is not in stock?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is the exact price it costs us for shipping and is based on the weight and size of the parcel, however we do offer free shipping on volume orders.
