Shipping and Delivery

Confirmed Orders:
All confirmed orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse to business addresses within Canada and the USA. We prioritize careful packaging and efficient shipping to ensure your items arrive safely.

Carrier Selection:
We choose the most suitable carrier based on factors like weight, size, and delivery location.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Standard Stock Items:

    • Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day are processed and shipped immediately.
    • Delivery Times:
      • Quebec: 24-48 hours
      • Ontario: 48-72 hours
      • Other Provinces: 3-5 days
    • Note: Some exceptions may apply.
  • Non-Stock Items:

    • Please inquire about delivery times, which depend on quantity and availability.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the items.
  • Free Shipping:
    • Orders over $750 within Quebec qualify for free shipping (some restrictions apply).
    • Orders over $1800 in Ontario qualify for free shipping.
    • For other provinces and the USA, shipping costs will be based on actual rates.
  • Note: Shipping costs may be waived for other regions depending on the order amount. Please contact us for details. Some restrictions may apply.

Tracking and Security

We take security seriously. A tracking number is provided for every order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. We will ensure your items are kept safe and tracked all the way to your doorstep.

Damage During Shipping

If goods are damaged during shipping, we will replace them free of charge. Please email us with photos of the damage at info@protectionallways.com or call 514-276-7657.

Unavailable Recipients

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery twice. If you prefer your package to be left at your business door, please leave a note with your tracking number and signature.

Undelivered Packages

After two failed attempts and no note, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded the full cost of the item minus the shipping cost. If a package is rejected, the same conditions apply.

US Customers

Customs clearance may be required for shipments to the USA, which can affect the delivery date. Customs delays typically take no more than two business days. Protection All-Ways Inc. will handle all customs paperwork, but all costs and fees associated with customs will be charged to the customer.
